Printing Problems
My .pdf file prints with a gray background. How do I do to fix it?
The problem is probably the Acrobat Reader. Make sure you have the latest version (5.0 or later) of the Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
The 3.0 version is known to cause printing problems.
The latest version can be downloaded from Adobe.com.
I am new at printing and don’t know how to set up my printer to get my product printed. What can I do? Can someone call and help me set up my printer?
